Preston Park Colonnade and the shopping centers at the intersection put a grocery store, pharmacy, banks, and dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the community, and The Shops at Willow Bend is a short drive west on Park Boulevard.

For commuting, the Dallas North Tollway and President George Bush Turnpike are minutes away, with US-75 and SH-121 close behind, which puts the Legacy West corridor and its employers, including Toyota, JPMorgan Chase, and Liberty Mutual, about ten minutes north and downtown Dallas about thirty minutes south.
